Two weeks since our steak night so we're introducing a new Wednesday dining event 🥳

Slow-cooked lamb leg, sous-vide at low temperature for maximum tenderness, carefully deboned, rolled and tied before being finished in garlic butter to order.
Served with a rich homemade Gratin Dauphinois and finished with Chef's homemade dessert.
