🍷 Exciting News from Hotel V and The Lobby 🥂

We're thrilled to introduce our new Wine Director: Koen Opperman.

He is creating fabulous new wine menus for both Fizeaustraat and Nes locations. With a background in multiple 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, and wine studies in South Africa, our Wine Director brings a wealth of knowledge to the table!

He is on a personal mission to share his expertise with our team, helping them learn more about wine and enabling our guests to discover new favourites. He firmly believes that there's no one-size-fits-all "perfect" wine pairing, as taste is a personal experience - and that's the beauty of wine! 🍇
Fun fact: Did you know our Wine Director has even crafted a wine that's featured on our menu? Now that's dedication! 🍾

Fijne Lobby lovers,

We hadden jullie graag de aankomende drie weken vol liefde voorzien van hemels eten en goddelijke drankjes en onze versie van Amsterdamse gezelligheid. Maar de gezondheid van iedereen is het allerbelangrijkste wat een ieder bezit. Vandaar dat we the Lobby nesplein en The Lobby fizeaustraat moeten en willen sluiten tot 6 april aanstaande. Voor hotelgasten blijven we voorlopig wel knallen. Mazzelaars. We hopen dat jullie allemaal gezond blijven en zien er naar uit om elkaar op 6 april weer te zien.
