Here are some fun facts:

- 4000 bottles are produced per year with a reputation of being able to easily age for decades

- the single vineyard is ideally located on Kimeridgian limestone dating back to the Jurassic, with only 1 hectare of 40-year-old Sauvignon Blanc vines

- wine is vinified and aged in old neutral oak barrels, racked just once, and is bottled without fining or filtration, bottled only in magnum format

- this is the most sought after wine of the Sancerre appellation and unfortunately few will ever see, for many the epitome of what a Sancerre can be

This bottle is lovingly aged in JUJU's cellar 🤭⏳🫶

We have the immense honour of hosting CLAID, a brilliant mixologist and founder of , Taipei and co-founder of , Taoyuan 🇹🇼

For too long, CLASSIC COCKTAILS have taken a backseat. While we love innovation, it's time to bring back the OGs. During our travels to Taipei, we stumbled upon this hidden gem, and Claid's classic cocktails left us absolutely floored. They outshone every new-age creation we’ve ever tasted. 🌟🍸

You NEED to experience this magic we felt from the first sip. Hate to use this term, but this takeover is gonna be lit 🥵🤯🔥
