For the 30th edition of POETRY FROM THE FUTURE, in collaboration with the Malta Biennale, we will gather once again to explore the theme:

“The Worst Thing Ever Said”

A sentence can wound, reveal, haunt, liberate, or open a door we did not know was there.
This edition invites you to go beyond shock value and enter the deeper echo of words: what they carry, what they break, what they expose, and what they leave behind.

Bring your poetry, your voice, or the words of another.

On Saturday, 7th may, from 11PM until 2:00AM, we’re taking over Rumi, Valletta’s tiniest bar with the biggest heart, for a night of pure musical therapy.

DJ KUMA will be on the decks, serving up a smooth blend of jazz funk, soulful rhythms, and infectious beats that’ll keep you grooving. Whether you’re a jazz cat, a funk fiend, or just here for the vibes, this is your prescription for a night of unapologetic joy.
