A few moments from today’s Wien Tien candle festival at the nearby temple. Families gathered with flowers, candles, and incense to offer to the Buddha and monks, then paraded around the temple three times under the full moon. The candlelight, symbolizing wisdom, illuminated the slow and quiet procession, bringing mindfulness to the town and spreading positivity in our lives.

Just a few more weeks until we unveil our Market to Glass – Wet Season 2026 Signature Cocktail Menu!

Over the past months, Mimi, our bar manager, has immersed herself in the markets and our cocktail lab—observing, studying, and experimenting with wild, native Lao ingredients to be reimagined in each drink.

One of this season’s most exciting offerings is our very own house-made Sato Lao rice wine, crafted entirely from Lao rice, by Lao hands, and slowly fermented using traditional techniques. We cannot wait to share this expression of Laos with you. Stay tuned for launching party details!
