Il nostro Edoardo, con un gesto semplice, quasi istintivo, ritrova nel chicco tutto quello che la vigna ci ha regalato.

Quando fuori l'afa si fa sentire, c’è un luogo dove l’aria resta piacevolmente fresca.

Wenn man in unseren Weinkeller hinabsteigt, zwischen die Tanks, in denen der Wein ruht und reift, entdeckt man eine von Natur aus kühle Umgebung: Wir befinden uns unter der Erde, und die großen Tanks tragen dazu bei, eine ideale Temperatur aufrechtzuerhalten, die auch an den heißesten Tagen perfekt ist.

Quest'anno la stagione è in anticipo di circa due settimane a Valdobbiadene.

Questo avanzamento fenologico rappresenta un’opportunità ma anche una sfida: una maturazione anticipata richiede un monitoraggio ancora più attento dell’equilibrio tra zuccheri, acidità e profilo aromatico, elementi fondamentali per l’identità del nostro Valdobbiadene DOCG.

In vigneto, l’attenzione è massima. Le prossime settimane saranno decisive per valutare l’evoluzione della stagione e la qualità delle uve che arriveranno alla vendemmia.

This phenological advance represents both an opportunity and a challenge: early ripening requires even more careful monitoring of the balance between sugars, acidity, and aromatic profile, fundamental elements to the identity of our Valdobbiadene DOCG.
