Vincitore della Campari Academy 2023, Dario porterà in terrazza la sua esperienza e la sua personale visione del cocktail, maturata in uno dei riferimenti della scena internazionale: L’Antiquario, n. 28 nella classifica Europe’s 50 Best Bars 2026.

Dalle 19:30 alle 22:30, un appuntamento tra tecnica, ricerca e cocktail d’autore, con Sorrento a fare da cornice.
