Soft Opening .omakase hosted by

A night of gathering and exceptional gastronomy experience.

It was an immense pleasure to host the soft opening of .omakase bringing together Roman talents and artists around a shared table.
More than a dinner, it was about connection uniting a community through a shared culinary experience.

In Japanese, omakase means “ trust you” a quiet, ancient gesture where the chef becomes the guide and the guest lets go, embracing a journey with no fixed menu. Each dish is created in the moment, shaped by seasonality, intuition, and craft something unique that won’t be repeated.

Huge thanks to our friend for dinner, and to the entire team, chefs, and all staff for making this night truly unique.
