Connollys of Leap

In association with Titanic Distillers, Embrace the North returns to Leap for another July weekender.

Now in its fourth instalment, it has become a firm favourite on the West Cork music calendar, bringing together some of Ireland’s most discerning DJs and selectors across three days of music at Connollys.

This year sees a number of artists making their Connollys debut, alongside the return of Alexis Taylor of Hot Chip.

This Friday 19th June!

We're delighted to welcome Clare Sands back to Connollys of Leap.

Clare Sands is a sixth generation fiddle player and bilingual singer from Cork, Ireland. Drawing deeply from the music of her ancestors, she weaves traditional Irish roots with contemporary sounds and influences. Her songs are deeply connected to place, where folklore, language and activism meet melody.

We're also pleased to announce that accordion player Annalise Whyte will open the evening.

This promises to be a beautiful night of music.
