With our camps running throughout July and August in our two locations - Ballybrack and Gorey - we’re looking forward to a summer filled with Calisthenics!

JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP APRIL 5th 🐒 📢

We’re delighted to announce our first event of the year for our Junior Bar Monkeys! 🐒..

We have a mix of competitions and challenges for everyone participating on the day and it promises to be a great event 🙏🏻.. Our events like this give our young athletes the opportunity to showcase the skills they are learning while part of the club and meet the wider community they are part of!

🚨 Exciting News! 🚨

We’re building Ireland’s FIRST under 12's elite calisthenics facility! 🙌 This will be the hub where young athletes train for competitions and where the Irish national teams prepare to compete.

Right now, we’re working on creating a dedicated under-12s area, but we need your help to make it 100% child-friendly! Unfortunately, we don’t receive any funding from Sports Ireland, so we rely on memberships and fundraising to make this happen.

Any donation, big or small, will make a HUGE difference for the kids. 💪🙏

WHAT A DAY 🙌🏻🐒

Our first ever inter-schools initiative saw just short of 100 kids competing, and for the vast majority this was their first ever calisthenics event 🙌🏻

Great to see it all come together and for each school and the kids hard work and for them getting the chance to showcase their progress! Hopefully this is the first of many for them all 👏🏻
