After 28 wonderful years, the time has come for me to say goodbye to Nuala's Bar and Restaurant. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to each and every one of you for your loyalty, friendship, laughter, stories, and unwavering support over the years. It has been an absolute privilege to welcome you through the doors and to be part of so many special moments in your lives. The memories we've created together will stay with me forever.
I am thrilled to welcome Claire and Alan and their family, who will be taking over the reins. I know you will extend the same warmth, kindness, and incredible support to them that you have shown to me for nearly three decades.
To my wonderful team, past and present, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for making Nuala's a place filled with warmth and hospitality. I couldn't have done it without you.
I would like to especially thank my 3 children, Seanòg, Megan and Molly and my husband, Derry, who have helped me get through so many challenges along the way, together with my brothers and sisters, and nieces and nephews.
While I am stepping away from the business, I look forward to raising a glass with many of you on the other side of the counter. Thank you all for a lifetime of beautiful memories.
