**Position:** Commis Chef
**Location:** Brian Boru on the Hill, Bar & Restaurant
**Schedule:** Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
**Start Date:** Immediate

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Support the head chef and kitchen staff in daily tasks.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

**Requirements:**
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential.
- A passion for cooking and learning.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
