📢📝 Call for Papers in Special Issues before 30 June 2026
JTAC warmly invites researchers, scientists, engineers, and industry professionals to submit high-quality manuscripts to three Special Issues focused on emerging advances in thermal sciences, intelligent energy systems, and uncertainty-aware thermal engineering.
1. Uncertainty Modeling of Thermal Fields in Underground Cable Networks Using Fuzzy Inference Systems: this Special Issue focuses on uncertainty-aware thermal analysis and intelligent optimization of underground cable networks using fuzzy logic, soft computing, and AI-based approaches. Contributions addressing imprecise or uncertain data, physics-based and hybrid modeling, thermal reliability, operational safety, dynamic thermal rating, and smart grid or resilient infrastructure applications are welcomed.

2. Advanced Thermal Analysis Approaches for Sustainable Energy Systems: Experiments, Modelling, and AI Integration: this Special Issue seeks manuscripts focused on the application of thermal analysis, calorimetry, AI and machine learning (ML) in sustainable and advanced energy systems. Expected contributions include experimental, computational, and data-driven studies addressing thermodynamic and kinetic processes involved in energy generation, storage, conversion, and utilization.

3. International Conference on Futuristic Advancements in Materials, Manufacturing and Thermal Sciences (ICFAMMT-2026): this Special Issue seeks original research articles, review papers, and applied case studies focused on advanced thermal sciences, heat transfer, and sustainable energy technologies. Contributions may include theoretical, computational, experimental, and data-driven approaches aimed at improving the modeling, optimization, and practical application of thermal and energy systems.
