Tiffany's New York Bar, located just off the lobby, is reminiscent of a New York bar from the extravagant "Roaring 1920's" and provides the location of choice for fine drinks, tasty snacks and great music. The large island bar, boasting one of the largest selection of whiskies in Hong Kong, signature cocktails, craft beers and champagnes. The vibrant and informal atmosphere is perfectly complemented by the amazingly fine-tuned talents and skills of one of Hong Kong's finest live performances – six nights a week.

Matured beautifully in a first-fill bourbon barrel, it hits you with that vibrant, signature Balblair citrus clarity before moving into a thick, honeyed, and brilliantly waxy mid-palate. At a natural strength of 56.2%, it has all the depth and punch you could want from a well-aged Highland malt.
