🌟「理性選擇．專業待客」講座 為餐飲界未來新星打好根基！🔨
作為 Hong Kong Forum for Responsible Drinking 香港理性飲酒促進會 (FReD) 委員會成員，香港生力早前獲邀到國際廚藝學院 ，為50位修讀葡萄酒及飲品商業管理高級文憑一年級同學主講「理性選擇．專業待客」講座。
作為餐飲業未來新力軍，同學們正處於接觸專業酒類及餐飲知識嘅起步階段🔎。我哋希望透過今次講座，協助同學及早建立正確飲酒觀念，並了解從業員喺供酒過程中肩負嘅責任與義務，學習如何喺符合法例要求下作出專業判斷，保障客人安全，同時提供優質而負責任嘅服務體驗。💯
🏫未來我哋會繼續走入校園，推廣「 #理性飲酒」文化，讓相關理念成為業界共識，一齊營造更健康、更正面嘅飲酒環境，令品酒成為提升生活幸福感嘅一部份！🍻！
🌟“Responsible Choices. Professional Service.” Seminar
Building a Solid Foundation for Future F&B Professionals!🔨
As a board member of the Hong Kong Forum for Responsible Drinking (FReD), SMBHK was honored to be invited to the International Culinary Institute to conduct a “Responsible Choices. Professional Service.” seminar for 50 year-one students from the Higher Diploma in W**e and Beverage Business Management!
As future members of the hospitality and beverage industry, these students are at the beginning of their professional journey in exploring w**e and food & beverage operations🔎. Through this seminar, we aimed to help them develop a responsible attitude towards alcohol consumption, while deepening their understanding of the responsibilities and obligations associated with alcohol service. We also explored how hospitality professionals can exercise sound judgement, comply with legal requirements, safeguard guest wellbeing, and deliver high-quality, responsible service experiences.💯
🏫Going forward, we will continue to collaborate with different institutions to promote a culture of responsible and moderate drinking and help make these principles a shared understanding across the industry. Together, we can foster a healthier and more positive drinking environment, where enjoying alcoholic beverages moderately becomes part of a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.🍻
