After seven years of service, Blue has officially closed its doors.

What started out as a humble steakhouse for those who just wanted to get their meat fix has now become an integral part of Maximal Concepts’ story as a restaurant group, and we are enormously proud of everything Blue has accomplished since.

You haven’t heard the last of Blue. But for now, for everyone who’s still hungering that ever-present meat fix, don’t forget that our brothers over at The Flying Elk Hong Kong & Mercedes me Store Hong Kong are always there to fill the void with incredible steaks like the 1KG Bone-In Porterhouse at The Flying Elk.

In true Maximal fashion, we’d like to say goodbye to Blue in style, so we’ve decided to throw The Last Supper – one final dinner party happening TOMORROW!

We could think of no better way to celebrate Blue’s tenure of success than to bring back our very first Executive Chef, the infamous Danny Chaney, to cook one final, epic meal. $890/pp includes a welcome cocktail, boozy post-meal treats, and LOTS of steak (of course).

After seven wonderful years, we are sorry to announce that Blue will be hosting its final service this Sunday, May 19th.

The decision comes as a result of a steep increase in rent at our current location.

In spite of our closing, we are enormously proud of everything that we have accomplished as a restaurant, and are so grateful to everyone who has dined and made memories with us over the years.

A huge thank you also goes to our dedicated staff who made it a priority to consistently provide top quality food and service to our guests.

We hope to see as many of you as possible to eat, drink and be merry with us one last time before we say goodbye to our beloved Blue! Of course, we couldn't do so without one final celebration...check back with us tomorrow morning on FB and IG for more info!
