WHO FANCIES A TASTE OF THE MED??
Yesterday, Chef Dave took the whole team through each dish on the new menu. Heās curated an exciting showcase of the flavours of the Mediterranean, spanning Spain, southern France, Italy, Greece, Turkey and more. This menu is perfect for sharing, spending time relaxing with family and friends, and eating something a bit special. Fancy only a nibble with your beer? It works perfectly for that, too!
It was a pleasure seeing Dave in his element, the flavour of his passion for the dishes in every bite. We loved it and hope you will too!
This is phase three of the pub, and weāre so thankful youāre on this journey with us. For the last part of 2025, we opened the doors and kept things moving by the seat of our pants! From January we launched a menu we were very happy with, and knew it was the menu to get us going. Now, Dave and his team have been trialling dishes on the specials for months, listening to feedback and gauging what works, what people actually want. And while we are extremely happy with this menu, we know it will be tweaked over the next month or so (weāre printing iterations in-house until then!).
