Firstly, we’d like to say a massive thank you to Reminiscence band for an absolutely cracking gig! What a night!

What’s happening today you ask?

Beer🍻
We are moving through the beers with a lot of completely new beers for today!
13 delicious cask ales, 8 craft keg beers & 11 fantastic still ciders! Come and check out what’s on today!

Food🍔
Our kitchen is open this lunchtime from 12:00-16:00 serving our traditional Sunday roasts! In addition to this we are also offering our Sunday Sandwich menu in the beer garden for those who want something a little lighter in the heat! Check it out!

Music🎶
This evening, we have the returning Leon Daye! A former regular performer at the Old Spot who’s returning after a long absence! The perfect way to make the most of the bank holiday! From 20:30

Another cracking day yesterday of beerfestivaling! Now it’s time for day three!

So… what’s happening today?

We are moving through the beers with some newbies added this morning! 13 delicious cask ales, 8 craft keg beers & 11 fantastic still ciders! Come and check out what’s on today!

Food🍔
Our kitchen is open this lunchtime from 12:00-15:00 as normal! As well as a second service of Burgers & beer-appropriate snacks from 18:00 this evening!

Music🎶
This evening, we have the brilliant Reminiscence band! That’s right, they’re back for a sunny gig in the beer garden!

Weather☀️
It looks like the weather is only going to get better from here on out! Great news!☀️

After a fantastic start to the beer festival we move onto day two!

Our kitchen is open this lunchtime from 12:00-15:00 as normal! As well as a second service of Burgers & beer-appropriate snacks from 18:00 this evening!

This evening, we have the brilliant Mike Walsh Music entertaining us with a mix of rock & indie covers in the beer garden!

Weather☀️
It looks like the lovely sun has decided to make an appearance at the beer festival and could be here to stay! Great news!☀️

Day one!

Well here we are folks! The first day of our annual Spring Beer Festival!

What’s happening today?

Beer🍻
We have 12 delicious cask ales to start you off along with 8 craft keg beers & 11 fantastic still ciders! Come and grab a booklet and check out what other beers to expect across the weekend!

Food🍔
Our kitchen is open this lunchtime from 12:00-15:00 as normal serving up our famous doorstep sandwiches, a selection of pub classics including our lovely pies and a nice selection a small plates if you fancy something lighter!

Music🎶
This evening, we have the always fantastic Dead Dog Cider providing the toe-tapping folk tunes from 20:00! With a mix of English, Irish & American folk music!

Weather🌤️
It’s looking like a nice warm day today with no rain! The perfect excuse to enjoy our lovely beer garden!
