Brisket and pulled pork are on overnight, taking their time the way they should. No shortcuts, no cheats – just proper low & slow BBQ.

The smokers are rolling, the alarms are set, and while most people are asleep, we’ll still be cooking.

A huge thank you to everyone who came down and supported Untamed Smokehouse during our launch weekend.

The support has been incredible. We sold out twice, met some amazing people, handed out plenty of samples, and even had customers coming back for a second visit. Seeing people enjoy the food we’ve spent months perfecting made all the hard work worth it.

The feedback has been amazing, and we’re already working on a few suprises...

And the good news…
