During National Volunteers Week, we are reflecting on the significant contribution our volunteers have made, and continue to make, to our Community Pub. Whether it’s helping to organise and run our regular events and clubs, keeping our outdoor space tidy and watering our plants, collecting glasses and wiping down tables when the bar is busy, keeping our four-legged friends hydrated, helping to manage our communications, engaging with our students as a Swan Elder, managing and fundraising for bigger strategic projects or the many, many other things too numerous to mention that you just get on and do – we owe you a HUGE DEBT OF GRATITUDE, and the BIGGEST, HEART-FELT THANK YOU! We would not be where we are today without your commitment and motivation to be part of our fantastic community-driven organisation – YOU ARE THE BEST!
