The New Inn was the first purpose-built pub in Whitstable, constructed in the 1830s when the railway opened. The surrounding terraces housed dockers, railway workers and fishermen and the pub continues to this day to be a down-to-earth, unpretentious place with a friendly atmosphere. With an excellent reputation for beer and a well stocked back bar, the New Inn is one of the last bastions of the b

ack street pub in the town. A relaxed atmoshere, with pool table, darts and a top selection of board games. We love our music at the New Inn, and have a jukebox that is free every Friday!! We often have live bands, free pool on Tuesday nights. we offer a fantastic selection of Stone Baked Pizzas throughout the day. Free cold water will be available to all customers as usual!
Our outside area gets nice and shaded so come and cool down with a drink or two!
