HUGE THANKYOU TO THIS LIL TOWN WE CALL HOME
With a rally round and acts of absolute support and kindness we are able to remain open even with the potential of at best 'intermittent water supply' for the foreseeable.
We will open at 6pm Friday evening and then usual hours will be in place.
Kitchen is dependant on water supply.
So many of us small, Independants have been hit incredibly hard in the past 24 hours. It's not just hospitality, it's across the board.
The water companies have so much to answer to.
We will not be paid off with £30 compensation.
Thats an insult. Something needs to be done. We are a tight community and we are banding together to make sure we are heard and this is not ignored. Watch this space for what's going to happen.
Right now, and we believe we are correct in saying this on behalf of everyone, we are all shell shocked and obviously concerned for the future warm months.
Lets keep the momentum of today's community continuing and all support each other.
