Well what can we say, a long and busy weekend so far but what a blast we had 🎉

🎵 Cracking tunes and we met the most fabulous people as usual.

KRAKEN lovers, these are for you! 🥃

We’ve got our hands on these and here’s a bit more about them… (only full bottles for sale)

1) The Kraken Limited Edition series, known as Unknown Deep, has taken us further down into the murky black waters each year. Now 11,000m deep, we come face to face with the last bottle in the series, Copper Scar.

11,000m is as deep as it gets, the final resting place for all those lost at sea, whether they be unfortunate mariners or now forgotten shipwrecks. Among these relics you'll find all manner of strange creature, perhaps even a beast...the beast, stalking the fiery, volcanic seabed.

Copper Scar gives us some inkling as to what it's like down there amidst the rubble and seawatered smoke. Blackened by volcanic fumes and coppered by years spent beneath the sea, the deepest bottle of Kraken Rum yet is a fierce alluring design. This year sees a te****le wrapped glass bottle featuring a premium printed capsule. Kraken Rum branding is emblazoned in copper, married with an alluring craquelure which alludes to the years this bottle has spent decaying on the ocean floor.

In order to be safely delivered to the surface the bottle comes in a gift tin which draws inspiration from diving equipment of yesteryear. Made of punched metal the colour of well rusted copper, the eye is drawn to a die cut porthole which allows us a glimpse of Copper Scar.

2) The Demon's Share 12 Years Old in GP is characterized by an impressive maturation in American oak and delights with a modern style. Enjoy this exquisite rum neat or with fine desserts such as chocolate mousse and caramelised fruits. This exquisite indulgence comes from Panama and reflects the passion of La Compania del Diablo in every bottle.

3) The Kraken unleashes its new Limited Edition bottle; a beautiful specimen inspired by the ocean's deep sea bioluminescence This bravely commandeered bottle has a deep blue pearlescent coating with a rough, tactile embossed finish and shimmering detail
Presented in a sturdy, metal divers cage to protect you hearty adventurers from the terrifying Beast.

We’re keeping it local so we have the fabulous Filey Bay Sherry Cask Wh**ky, Racing Rum Cask Strength and we have AB Gold Yorkshire Heritage Rum in (well from tomorrow)

All taste tested and blinking lovely. The Racing Rum is 60% ABV and ideal with a single piece of ice.
