🖤I’m going to gloat ! I’m beaming !🖤
I designed this little business to work around my boys and being a mom !
I’m a mom first, it’s not always easy I have to say no to a lot of opportunities,
I don’t have support from parents like a lot of working moms do ( my mother in law, husband and friends are my people)
I know absolutely nothing about running a business at all and everyday I have to learn a little bit more.
And boy do I have to try harder than most to retain the information of how and when to do things, and most days I just wing it !!!
Any working mom knows how hard it is !
I wanted to be there for my boys for school drop offs and pick ups.
I wanted to be there for parents evenings school plays, church events, football matches and celebrations, I wanted to care for them when are sick without asking permission to do so, I never want them to look up and not be able to find me in a crowd of gleaming parents.
so I took a leap and built a box of 6 cupcakes into what I have now. which was only possible because of my husband pushing me to believe in myself.
It’s been a stop start left at the traffic lights mind the roadworks kinda journey but I Believe I’ve found my groove .. then I get messages like these 🥹🖤🫶🏻

Points for integrity and hard work …. INTEGRITY !!
The road to get here has been bumpy, I’ve had my fair share of s**t thrown my way, but regardless I’ve ploughed on no matter what … and the last 15 years have been mine / ours to own
