WHAT A NIGHT! FUSION 3 IS UNDERWAY!

Last night we kicked off Fusion 3 in spectacular style as Nigel Haworth welcomed his son, Kirk Haworth, chef and co-founder of Michelin-starred Plates London, into the kitchen at The Three Fishes.

Kirk treated guests to an extraordinary plant-based menu, featuring Chioggia beetroot with smoked macadamia and pickled cherry, caramelised Lion’s Mane with celeriac, apple and black truffle jus, and a delicious finale of flavours of banoffee pie.

A huge thank you to Kirk and his team, everyone who joined us, and our fantastic sponsors Bowker BMW, Deepbridge and Everything Retreat, alongside all our wonderful suppliers and partners, for helping make Fusion 3 possible.

Fusion 3 is also supporting Action Against Hunger, with a special charity auction running throughout the week to raise vital funds for this incredible cause.
