We tried to get a photo of our chefs for International Chefs Day, but they all ran off and hid… so here’s a picture of a short rib instead. Far more cooperative. 😂
Behind the plates here at Edisford Bridge are Ste, our executive chef; Sam, our head chef; Mo, our sous chef; and Kyle, our apprentice.
Camera shy they may be, but we couldn’t let today pass without saying a proper thank you. From the prep before we open to the last plate of a busy service, there’s a lot of hard work that you don’t always get to see.
Lads, we appreciate the long shifts, the care you put into your food and everything you bring to our little pub. And Kyle, we’re proud to have you learning your craft as part of the team.
