🍕 FOOD TRADERS WANTED! 🍔🌮🍜

As many of you know, the wonderful Amico mio Ristorante Italiano joins us every Tuesday here at Edisford Bridge. However, they're taking some well-deserved time off tomorrow and we'd love to help fill the gap!

They need to have a van/ their own complete setup kitchen to pop up in the car park.

We're looking for local food traders who would be interested in popping up at Edisford Bridge on:

📅 Tuesdays (when amico is unavailable) 📅 Potentially Mondays too

We have a fantastic riverside location, a busy pub, plenty of parking, next to 2x campsites and a loyal customer base who love supporting local independent businesses.

What a fantastic evening for our latest quiz night!

A huge congratulations to Gandalf the Quizard, who battled their way to victory and took home the top prize! 🧙‍♂️✨

And a special shout-out to Team Dell, who collected our last place award 😄

What a gorgeous evening we had last night at Edisford Bridge for our Paint & Sip event 🍋🎨🥂

A huge thank you to Lindsay for hosting such a brilliant night and getting everyone fully into the Italian-inspired painting theme 🇮🇹 From Amalfi Coast lemons to vibrant Mediterranean colours, everyone absolutely smashed it!

With Aperol Spritz flowing, beautiful weather outside and such a lovely relaxed atmosphere inside the pub, it was one of those evenings that reminded us exactly why we love hosting creative events here at Edisford Bridge 💛

We’re really proud to be building more than just a pub — creating evenings where people can relax, socialise, learn something new and enjoy themselves with friends is something we’re passionate about.

And the good news… we’ve got another one coming up! ✨

Floor Supervisor – Join the Team at Edisford Bridge

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Floor Supervisor to join our growing team at the Edisford Bridge.

Over the last year we’ve worked hard to build Edisford into a busy, welcoming and respected gastropub known for great food, quality drinks, live entertainment and genuine hospitality — and we’re now looking for the right person to help lead the floor with us.

This is not a corporate, copy-and-paste hospitality role. We want personality, energy and someone who genuinely loves creating great guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year experience in a management or supervisory role
- Experience within a restaurant, gastropub or premium hospitality setting
- Confident leading busy services and supporting the wider team
- Strong people skills and a positive attitude
- Someone hands-on who leads by example
- Passion for food, drinks and hospitality

The Role

- Supporting management with the day-to-day running of the venue
- Leading floor service during busy shifts
- Delivering excellent customer experiences
- Assisting with team training and standards
- Helping maintain the warm, friendly atmosphere we’re known for
