NEW GIG 🔥

We’re excited to welcome Knock ‘N’ Run to Sticks & Bones on Friday 17th July 2026!

This young local cover band have been making a serious name for themselves, and after absolutely blowing everyone away at Fayre In The Square, we knew we had to get them on our stage.

Next Wednesday’s quiz means a little more than most.

We’re proud to be hosting the first ever roadshow edition of the Two Fat Melons Pub Quiz hosted by Becky of Pier Journal on June 17th, with all proceeds after prizes and expenses being donated to Birds of Poole Harbour in memory of Sam, a much-loved local resident to the area.

Come along for a night of laughs, creative quiz rounds, prizes and great company, while helping support a cause that was close to the us and the organisers’ hearts.

🐐 GOAT FEST is upon us! 🐐

Kicking off tomorrow and running through Friday & Saturday Goat Fest returns with a huge line up showcasing some of the very best Punk & Hardcore bands from across the UK.

Advance tickets have now sold out, but door tickets are available. you can still get in on a 1 in, 1 out basis throughout the weekend. Entry is FREE, so arrive early if there’s a band you don’t want to miss.

We’ll also have our pizza, arcade, outdoor bar and BBQ fired up all weekend, serving drinks and great food alongside the music. 🍕🍔🍺👾

WESSEX FOLK FESTIVAL is taking over Hope Square this Saturday and Sunday and we’re really excited to be part of it 🎻🍻

Across the weekend there’ll be live folk music, morris dancing, workshops, trade stalls and loads going on. While the festival fills Hope Square, we’ll be hosting our outdoor bar, BBQ, and our own sessions and activities here at Sticks & Bones too!

★ Folk sessions in the beer garden from 7pm on Friday and Saturday
★ Kids craft workshops on Saturday and Sunday from 2pm until 4pm
★ William Adams will also be here on Saturday with his book Moonfleet Crimson Tide, alongside songs from the soundtrack

We love seeing Hope Square full of life and events like this are such a huge part of what makes the area special. So if you’re heading down for the festival, come in for a drink, some food, a game or just somewhere to sit and soak it all in with us 🕹️🎲
