ONE WEEK IN. ❤️
It’s been one week since we opened our doors to Leeds, and what a week it’s been.
We’ve had some amazing moments - guests telling us how much they loved the food, coming back again, recommending us to friends and leaving some incredibly kind reviews. ❤️
We’ve also had moments that didn’t go the way we wanted them to.
And honestly? We’re not going to pretend everything has been perfect.
We’re a brand-new team, and while we’ve put our hearts into getting Chaupal ready, there are always things you only discover once the doors are open and real guests are sitting at your tables.
When something hasn’t been right, we’ve listened.
We’ve spoken to our team, looked at what went wrong, made changes and, where we’ve let someone down, we’ve done our best to put it right.
Because your feedback matters to us.
Sometimes we fix one problem and another one appears. 😅
That’s the reality of starting something new.
But we promise you this - we’re not ignoring it.
We’re learning every single day, and we genuinely want Chaupal to become a place where our local community can come for great Indian food, a warm welcome and a good time.
