🍴Sunday Roast was a complete sell-out, and we also said goodbye to the last of our sarmale, papanași and goulash!

It was brilliant to see so many familiar faces, as well as plenty of new ones, enjoying the food and the atmosphere with us!

🇷🇴🇬🇧This weekend, we’re doing things a little differently at Carpenter’s Arms!

From tomorrow & on Saturday, we’ll be serving a few proper Romanian favourites alongside our usual pub offering

🇷🇴 Romanian Weekend Specials — Saturday & Sunday
• Ciorbă de perișoare — Romanian meatball soup, with sour cream and fresh bread
• Sarmale — traditional cabbage rolls with mămăligă and sour cream
• Papanași — Romanian doughnuts with sour cream and fruit preserve

And then, as always on a Sunday, we’ll have the British classic on the table too:
