What’s On at The R***e this Week? 🤩 We’ve got football, food traders and live music right through to Sunday — plus a couple of dates you’ll want in the diary 👀

Tues – Carvers Bench are in the kitchen alongside a full evening of Champions League and Carabao Cup football ⚽️🔥

Wed – More from Carvers Bench, with another night of UCL and Carabao Cup action on the screens 🍔⚽️

Thurs – Champions League football continues, so if you’re after somewhere to catch the midweek games, we’ve got you covered 🍻

Fri – Sujo are taking over the food, with Sarah Bird providing the live music for your Friday night 🎶🔥

Sat – are back with their Caribbean food, and Burt will be playing live 🎤🌴

Sun – Mama Jacqs stay with us for Sunday, and we finish the week with a BIG one… Man United v Man City! 🔴🔵⚽️

A London derby AND The Carver’s Bench menu on the same Sunday… bit dangerous really 😮‍💨⚽🍔

Arsenal v Chelsea kicks off at 4:30pm and we’ll have it on across the pub, so wherever you’re sitting you won’t be missing the action

The Carver’s Bench are on food duty too — smash burgers, hot honey chicken, loaded fries, wings, halloumi fries… and that 3 sides for £20 deal is absolutely asking for trouble 🤤

So whether you’re coming down for the football, the food, or conveniently both, Sunday at The R***e is looking very decent indeed 🍻

Billbies are back, Daisy Chute’s on at 8… Friday’s looking pretty decent already 👀🍔🎶

We’ve got Daisy Chute joining us live from 8pm, and if you’ve seen Daisy with us before you’ll already know how good she is — definitely one worth getting down for!

And fan-favourites Billbies & Co are back too, serving up their Wagyu burgers today and tomorrow 🤤 If you’ve had one before, you probably don’t need convincing. If you haven’t… this is your sign.

A burger, a couple of drinks and Daisy live for the evening sounds pretty hard to argue with 🍻

The weather outside is looking pretty horrible today… which sounds like the perfect excuse for a Guinness at The R***e 🍺

Get yourself out of the rain, settle in and let us pour you one properly — cold, creamy and given the time it deserves before it reaches the table.

Not every day needs sunshine and a b**r garden. Sometimes a miserable day, a warm pub and a perfect pint of Guinness is exactly the one 👌

🎉🚨 OUR FULL SEPTEMBER EVENTS SCHEDULE🚨🎉

We’ve got a full month lined up in Oxhey Village, with food traders rolling through the garden, live music across the month, all the big live sport on our screens and something a little different landing on Thursday 17th with our Musical Intro Quiz 🎤🧠

On the food front, expect Billbies & Co, Carvers Bench, Sujo UFO, Mama Jacq’s and Aroma Grill popping up throughout September, including Sunday roasts to finish the month properly 🍗🔥

Live music comes from Daisy Chute, Sarah Bird, Burt, Abi Murray and George Clift, while the TVs will be busy with Premier League, Championship, European football, Carabao Cup, Nations League and three huge F1 weekends 🏎️⚽

Basically… there’s not going to be many quiet days at The R***e this September 👀

🎤🍻 Tonight we’re handing over the mic…

Our very first Karaoke Night starts from 7pm at The R***e, and considering it’s Bank Holiday Sunday, we’re expecting absolutely zero sensible song choices 😂🎶

Whether you’ve been waiting all weekend to unleash your inner Freddie Mercury, you’re convinced three pints suddenly make you sound like Adele, or you’re firmly in the “I’m only here to watch” camp… get yourself down!

There’ll be classics, guilty pleasures, questionable high notes and almost certainly at least one song that gets the whole pub joining in 👀🎤

We’re really looking forward to getting our first one underway tonight, so come and help us kick Karaoke Night off properly 🍻🎶

🌮 Taco Kitchen are back serving up their street-style Mexican menu — tacos, nachos, quesadillas, guacamole, Cajun-Mexican fries and plenty more.

🎶 The Quiet Men Duo are live tonight bringing the Irish tunes and getting the pub going into Saturday night 🇮🇪🍺

And we’re not finished there…
🎤 Karaoke is back TOMORROW from 7pm, so start thinking about what you’re getting up and singing 👀🎶

Our Musical Intro Quiz is coming to The R***e on Thursday 17th September — and this one’s going to get competitive 😏🔥

We’ll be testing how quickly you can recognise the songs from just the intro… so get the team together, brush up on your music knowledge and prepare for plenty of “I KNEW THAT!” moments 😂🎵

And because a quiz night is always better with good food involved, The Carvers Bench will be serving up their favourites throughout the evening 🍴
