It’s Bingo… but with a musical twist! 🎶

Our host will play snippets of songs from across different genres and decades. All you need to do is recognise the song or artist, find it on your bingo card and cross it off!

🎶 LIVE MUSIC AT THE ANTELOPE THIS MONDAY! 🎶

We’re delighted to welcome back Lighthorne Folk, with the amazing Greenman Rising, supported by Andy Smythe, for an evening of fantastic live music at The Antelope! 🎸🎤

The performance will be held under our outdoor tent (weather permitting), so come along, grab a drink, settle in and enjoy some brilliant live music right here in the village.

The Antelope

I finally went to the Antelope in Lighthorne to try their breakfast today, having wanted to for a while now.

Naturally I tried the Stampede!

It's quite a big brekkie as expected from the name and everything was really great.

The bacon had a nice char on it (gotta love that char flavour) and the thyme mushrooms were amazing (I'm not a big fan of mushrooms so for me to say this...).

Sausages were also really flavourful and absolutely packed with filling.

It also comes with two large slices of sourdough bread, with butter for each half so you're not spreading it so thin that you can't even taste it.

Service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant area is nice with ample seating so thought I'd try it, but we do prefer sitting in the bar area when we've been previously.

A recommended brekkie - definitely!

🍽️ Sunday Roasts: 12 noon–6pm
🔥 Outdoor BBQ: From 3pm
🎧 DJ: 5pm–9pm
🎨 Face Painting: 5pm–7pm

And don’t let the British weather put you off! 🌦️ We’ve got indoor space, outdoor space AND covered outdoor space — so whatever the weather decides to do, we’re ready for you! 😉
