Some reviews mean more than words can say. 🤍

We were incredibly touched to receive this beautiful message from the Carroll family following the farewell of their dad, John.

At The Queen’s Royal, we understand that saying goodbye to someone you love is one of the hardest days a family will face. Our job is to make everything else that little bit easier — from the food and the room to the smallest personal touches.

Thank you, Denise and all the Carroll family, for trusting our team with such an important day. It was a privilege to look after you all. 🤍

And a very special mention to Sue and our wonderful team — reviews like this are a reflection of the care you put into what you do.
