A huge congratulations to our Head Chef, Tom, for being named Employee of the Month! 👏👨‍🍳

Tom’s hard work, dedication, and commitment never go unnoticed. Day in and day out, he puts his heart into every service, consistently delivering fantastic food and maintaining the high standards we pride ourselves on.

Whether it’s leading the kitchen through our busiest shifts, supporting the team, or going the extra mile to ensure every plate leaves the kitchen perfectly, Tom’s passion and work ethic are second to none.

To all our customers, regulars, friends, and the incredible team,

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for all of your support, hard work, loyalty, and dedication over the last three years at The Halfway House.

When I first started this journey, I never imagined just how many amazing people I would meet or how many incredible memories would be made along the way. From the busy shifts and laughter behind the bar to the special events, celebrations, and everyday moments that have made this place feel like home, it’s been a privilege to be part of it all.

To the team, thank you for your commitment, friendship, and for always going above and beyond. To our customers and regulars, thank you for your continued support and for making The Halfway House such a special place to be.

As many of you know, my last working day at The Halfway House will be 7th June. While it’s never easy to say goodbye, I’m excited to start the next chapter of my life and take on new challenges and opportunities.

To the people whom gave me the recent and best experience since being here Alex and Christian just want to thankyou for being such supportive and caring bosses 🖤

I’ll leave with nothing but gratitude, fond memories, and appreciation for every single person who has been part of this journey.

Thank you all for making the last three years so unforgettable. I’ll never forget it.
