Today’s catch is fresh red snapper, served with crushed potatoes, French beans & tenderstem broccoli, finished with a creamy white wine sauce

Plums picked by John himself, straight from the tree… handed over to Gail, who’s worked her magic and turned them into a delicious homemade plum crumble 😍 now that’s what we call homemade!

And yes… it tastes every bit as good as it looks! 😋
