Cask and Pottle The Cask and Pottle is the first micropub in Staffordshire, 5 miles from Burton on Trent, the brewing capital of England.

Run by Gary Hopper and Jane Thompson, who both retired and moved up from Deal in Kent to set up the business. They were regular customers of the Just Reproach and liked the concept so much decided to open their own. The premises has been a multitude of things in the past, from a video store to a sweet shop, but is now transformed into a cosy, welcoming place in which to drink fantastic real ale and enjoy good conversation.
