We are delighted to welcome Tynemouth Pieory back to The Cumberland Arms this autumn.

Serving their homemade pies every Saturday and Sunday for the foreseeable future, this exciting collaboration brings together the spirit of local, with independent businesses working together to bring new ideas, fresh flavours and great service to visitors at 17 Front Street.

This partnership is a real local affair, which sees North Pier Brew Co. who feature at our bar and within the steak and ale option.

Available every weekend. We’d love for you to pop by for a bite sometime.

Tynemouth Castle Yard.

A beautiful glass slide believed to date between the 19th and 20th centuries by celebrated Victorian photographer, M.Auty, who was based at 20 Front Street and was one of the first people to introduce the concept of picture postcards to the North East.
