THURSDAY 🍔 The Flavour Trailer from 5pm-9pm, pre-order your burgers and chips from their website!
FRIDAY 🍕 Nonna Lucia's from 5pm-9pm, pre-order from them too if you can as it'll be a busy, warm evening and the first night of Midsummer Music!
SATURDAY 🍔 Moo Hatch from 12pm right through into the evening, while stocks last! Order at the hatch, but don't leave it too late 😉
SATURDAY 🍦 Gallones Icecream Towcester will be with us from 12pm during the afternoon with their vintage trike full of icy treats

Happy Beer Day Britain from all (well most) of the team here at the Mill! 🍻

Today is the UK’s national beer day which takes place annually on June 15th and is all about celebrating Britain's national drink. Even though not all the staff had a beer, it was the perfect evening to have a quick team brief before the start of the Towcester MidSummer Music Festival! 🎶

Beer Day Britain is an annual celebration of all beer including traditional ales, mainstream lagers and limited edition craft beer – with alcohol and with no alcohol – and everything in between. Obviously we're biased, but we truly believe it's so important to celebrate how wonderful British beer is and what a vital role the community pub plays!! 🤩

Cheers everyone - 'Cheers to Beer' just about sums it up! 🤗🍻

Need something to do for Father's Day this year? Well, with just one week to go, here's an idea... To complete the Towcester MidSummer Music Festival weekend here at the Mill, we are holding an open Vinyl Session on Sun 21 June from 1pm-5pm. If the weather is good to us then this will be held outside in the garden on the Midsummer stage! 🎧

Free entry, no tickets required, just bring that someone special in your life for a pint, a cheesebox, or even a packet of pork scratchings if you want to push the boat out! 🍺 Just a relaxed afternoon with some music to enjoy, courtesy of our Vinyl DJ, Mister Trevor. Bring your own records too if you fancy a turn on the decks!

The Towcester MidSummer Music Festival kicks off in just one week's time! Here's the latest ticket availability:

Friday evening 🟢 good levels of ticket availability. Craig will get the evening going while you grab a pizza and a few drinks out in the garden! He's swiftly followed by The Dilemma - an absolutely stonking local band who will get the garden buzzing, encourage everyone to sing-a-long and get you up on your feet! Do not miss it 🤩

Saturday afternoon 🟠 limited availability. This is a big session with four fabulous local choirs from 1pm until 4pm, followed by the legendary Towcester Studio Band who will fill the garden with their brilliant brass tunes until 6pm. We'll have burgers, ice creams and strawberries to keep you going too 😋

Saturday evening 🔴 sold out! Tickets have now all gone for this session, featuring The Cool Jazz Collective and Down South Band 🎸

🤣 Topping the bill is Paul White aka Silky The Comedian - with hilarious songs and razor-sharp wit, he's an act so brilliant you'll wonder why on earth he's never made it to TV land!
🤣 Opening the night will be Addy van der Borgh - combining brilliant comic timing with a diverse and dysfunctional set of voices and characters, he's been a regular performer for The Comedy Store for 20+ years!

The night is supported by Duncan Hart, who's energetic, sharp, and effortlessly likeable, and exploits his tragic-comic life for every painfully funny gag. All compered by our fabulous resident MC, Pete Teckman 🤩 Great night out for just £16pp!

We're gearing up early for next week's music festival, with a couple of live music sessions over the next few days:

🎸 THURSDAY - it's time for our monthly Open Mic session from 7pm - come and support the local talent who may well perform at future Midsummer Music Festivals!! Everyone welcome, held in the Steam Room on the first floor. We've also got The Flavour Trailer here too from 5pm in case you want to eat too 🍔

🎻 SUNDAY - enjoy a relaxed afternoon with our local folk group who get together once a month here at the Mill from 2pm-5pm, hosted by Towcester based folk duo, Jenkinson's Folly, and their co-hosts. Also in the Steam Room on the first floor. Everyone welcome 🤗

Here's what we have lined up for Friday evening's session. Tickets just £6pp!
🎸 6pm - Craig Live in the garden. Start the weekend with some enjoyable and easy listening live music with Craig, while you grab your drinks from the outside bar and some food from Nonna Lucia's and settle in for the evening!
🎸 8.30pm - The Dilemma on the Mill's Midsummer stage until 11pm. Dance the night away with this much loved local band who play upbeat covers and will get you up on your feet!
