A little bit of decorating tomorrow.

We’ll be closed during the day tomorrow, Tuesday 15 September, while we give the pub a little refresh.

We like to keep our lovely pub looking its best, so we’re taking the opportunity to get a few jobs done. We’ll be back open from 4pm tomorrow for drinks and dinner.

Sunday evenings sound better with live music 🎶

Make the most of the weekend with a drink in the garden or on one of our terraces, followed by wood-fired pizza, fresh pasta, charcuterie and salads in The Chalet.

From 6pm, Frazer Lepford returns with his laid-back acoustic sound, providing the soundtrack to a relaxed Sunday evening in the South Cotswolds.

Sunday roast, with autumn on the way.

There’s no live music in The Chalet this Sunday, as it’s being enjoyed by a private party, but our pub restaurant is open as usual for Sunday lunch and our usual selection of roasts. (Did you know we have two charming event spaces here at The Cat & Custard Pot?)

Our 100% grass-fed beef comes from nearby Luckington Farm, where native breed cattle are naturally reared just a few miles away, which is one of the ways we bring quality local produce to our seasonal menus.

And with another sunny weekend ahead, there’s still time to enjoy a drink in the garden before or after lunch.

Keep an eye out for our new autumn menu, coming very soon with more seasonal produce and some new dishes to look forward to.
