A MESSAGE FROM US ❤️
We are a small, family-run tapas restaurant, and like many local businesses, our staff work incredibly hard to look after our customers and give you the best experience possible.
Many of our team are young, and they come to work to do their very best — not to be shouted at, sworn at, intimidated or treated with disrespect.
Hostility, aggression, abuse or unacceptable behaviour towards our staff or the owners will not be tolerated.
We are always happy to listen to genuine concerns and resolve problems wherever we reasonably can. But there is a respectful way to raise an issue, and abusive or aggressive behaviour is not it.
Please remember that there are real people behind the food, drinks and service. We ask that you treat our team with the same respect and courtesy that we show you.
We are incredibly grateful to the vast majority of our customers who are kind, supportive and understanding. You make running our little family business worthwhile. ❤️
