💙 YOU ARE NOT ALONE. THERE IS HELP OUT THERE. 💙
I wanted to put together a list of charities, organisations and support services in and around Telford for anyone who might be struggling with their mental health feeling lonely, suffering in silence, grieving the loss of a loved one, or simply finding life too much to cope with right now.
If anyone has any other services or things that are not listed but could help please feel free to use this as a platform to make people aware of them
Sometimes people smile on the outside while breaking inside. Sometimes people don’t know where to turn who to talk to or how to ask for help. Some people are fighting battles nobody knows about 💔
Whether you’re a man, a woman, a young person, a parent, a carer, or someone who has lost somebody special, please remember that you matter your feelings matter and you deserve support.
Here are some organisations that may be able to help if my offer of a coffee is not for you ❤️

🌟 LET’S LOOK AFTER EACH OTHER IN TELFORD. 🌟
Please don’t judge someone because they are struggling. Don’t tell someone to simply cheer up move on or be stronger. Sometimes the kindest thing you can do is listen, check in and let them know they aren’t alone.
A simple message saying “Are you okay?” can mean more than you realise.
If you know somebody who has been quiet lately, somebody who is grieving, somebody who has withdrawn from friends, or somebody who always says they’re fine, please check in on them.
And if you’re the person struggling right now, please know this:
❤️ You are not a burden.
❤️ You are not weak.
❤️ You are allowed to ask for help.
❤️ You deserve kindness, compassion and support.
❤️ Your life matters, even when things feel hopeless.
PLEASE SHARE THIS POST AROUND TELFORD, MADELEY, WELLINGTON, OAKENGATES, NEWPORT, SHIFNAL AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.
Let’s get these support services seen by the people who need them most❤️
BE KIND. CHECK IN. LISTEN. SUPPORT EACH OTHER. NOBODY SHOULD HAVE TO SUFFER IN SILENCE. 💙💗🕊️
