THE LONG ROOM POP-UP SUPPERS.
We’re delighted to launch a new series of Wednesday Pop-Up Suppers in The Long Room at The Plough Inn, beginning with a special guest supper by local chef Alex Newman on Wednesday 24th June.
Alex’s cooking is rooted in quality produce, thoughtful preparation, and a passion for creating as much as possible from scratch. Inspired by modern British cooking with European influences, this carefully curated five-course menu brings together seasonal ingredients, refined technique, and relaxed dining.
Expect homemade bread and canapés, ham hock terrine, goats cheese tortellini, seabass, cannoned sirloin with braised short rib, and a beautifully finished rum panna cotta.
£50 per person
