⭐️ Meet the Team Monday! ⭐️

This week we’re back in the kitchen and pleased to introduce Josh.

“I became a chef on a whim, mate of mine got a me an interview at an italian restaurant & somehow I got the job. Loved every moment and not looked back since.”

Favourite dish was on the menu, my tiramisu.

Favourite drink is a pint of Guinness.

Josh is the newest member of the kitchen team, starting a few months ago, but it feels like we’ve known him for ages, thankfully he’s also enjoying Tolle life and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Today we bid a fond farewell to a face that’s been a staple at the pub for the last 4+ years.

After being a valued member of the team, the time has come to say goodbye as Lucy moves on to an exciting new chapter.

We’d like to say a huge thank you for all the hard work, laughs, and memories along the way. You’ll certainly be missed around the Tolle!

Limited edition 4.3% hopped cask pale ale. Summit is packed full of citrus aromas such as tangerine, grapefruit and orange with a hoppy, floral taste. Now available - while stocks last!

Everyone’s favourite in our rotating keg club Neon Sunset is back!! This is a 4.4% pale ale which combines a carefully selected blend of zesty and herbal hops and always goes down a treat!

Neon sunset is limited edition and always sells out fast so we’re considering hoarding stock to keep it on for you. Let us know if you’d like this one to stick around for longer.
