Three weeks of flavour worth remembering 🍽️

From the first plate to the last, our Chef’s Specials have been all about fresh, seasonal comfort done right. Pan-fried salmon, perfectly paired with buttery Jersey Royals, crisp green beans, and that rich mussel and white wine cream sauce — a dish that quickly became a table favourite.

Alongside it, vibrant Buddha bowls brought colour, balance, and freshness to the mix, proving once again that simple ingredients, thoughtfully prepared, can carry a lot of heart.
