🐾 Celebrating the Spirit of Giving ❤️

What better way to celebrate International Charity Day than by looking back on a Bank Holiday filled with fun, friendship and fundraising?

On 31 August, we hosted a fantastic charity fundraiser in support of the Celia Cross Greyhound Trust. From great food and live music to wonderful raffle prizes, a lively tombola and plenty of good spirits, it was a festive day enjoyed by all. 🍻🐕

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, donated prizes, bought raffle tickets, supported the event and helped make the day such a success.

Most importantly, thank you for helping us raise funds for such a wonderful cause and for some very deserving greyhounds. 🐕❤️

Here’s to the power of community, generosity and doing a little good together!

A Bank Holiday to Remember 🍻🐕

Make your Bank Holiday Monday one to remember at The Sportsman! On 31 August, we’re bringing together great food, live music, good company and a whole lot of fun, all while raising funds for the wonderful the Celia Cross Greyhound Trust (Sun Valley Kennels).

Pop by our Coffee Hut for a warming cup of coffee, indulgent hot chocolate, or a freshly cooked sausage and bacon bite.

We haven’t forgotten your pups either — dog sausages are on the menu too! 🐶

☕ Open from 09:00–12:30 during the week and from 09:00-14:00 over weekends, it’s the ideal stop to pause, refuel, and soak up the moment before heading back out.
