The day has finally arrived! The whole country will be behind England tonight, and there’s no better place to cheer on the Three Lions than your friendly local, The Mount Pleasant Inn! 🍻

We’re making this a family-friendly event, so bring the kids along, soak up the atmosphere, and cheer England on together. (Yes… we know they’ll be staying up a little later than usual! 😉)

This Wednesday, don’t miss a second of the England action. With 6 big indoor screens and our huge 20ft garden screen, you won’t miss a trick.

We’ll have delicious 8oz Burgers, Mrs G’s Proper Bangin’ Sausage Rolls, Sausage Dogs with Onions, and affordable drinks to wash it all down with. 🌭🍔

Then on Sunday, it’s Father’s Day, and we’re excited to welcome Sphanky to the garden stage, live from 1pm, belting out all the classics! 🎤

You absolutely rocked the place! 🎶🔥

Seven incredible live acts, unbelievable talent, and an atmosphere that had everyone smiling, singing, and dancing from start to finish. What a day!

A huge shout-out to OceanView Catering for keeping everyone fuelled with their amazing food (and for showing off some impressive dance moves too… yes, we saw you! 💃🕺).

Congratulations once again to Mr & Mrs Davies, who surprised us all with a last-minute wedding reception celebration. What a fantastic way to share your special day with everyone! 💍❤️

Massive thanks to Kerry and the team at Ah-mazing Events UK for putting together such a brilliant festival. Your hard work and dedication made the whole day unforgettable. 🙌

And, of course, a huge thank you to the incredible Mount team, who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make events like this happen. We couldn’t do it without you. ❤️

🎉 Happy Friday! 🎉

It might be a bit gloomy out there this morning, but we’re promised some warmer weather later on (and we’re choosing to believe it! ☀️🤞).

Why not kick off the weekend with T.F.I’s Friday after-work drinks and one of Mrs G’s legendary sausage rolls? This week’s special is the return of the Philly Steak… and yes, it’s every bit as good as you remember! 😋🥩

Not feeling inspired to cook tonight? We’ve got you covered! 🚚🍛 Anoki XP will be on the car park from 6.50pm serving up their awesome meal deals.

Good news: we won’t be recreating the Download Festival mud bath. 😅

Bad news: we’re probably not getting Mediterranean sunshine either. 🤦‍♀️

Current forecast is dry (we’ll take that as a major victory 🙌), but a little breezy, so it may feel cooler than expected.

In other words: party frocks are still on… but thermals underneath might be the real fashion statement of the day. 😂👗🧥

At this point, if the rain stays away, we’re calling it a win

We are SO ready for Saturday’s Local Legends Festival… and it looks like the sunshine has finally got the memo too! ☀️🎶

From 1pm, we’ve got SEVEN incredible live acts taking to the stage, Part Time Heroes are headlining, Duncan Keith is opening, Mrs G’s legendary Festival Banger Deal is back (including the crowd-favourite Philly Steak 😍), and Ocean’s Fish & Chip Van will be parked up serving fish so crispy it deserves its own headline.
