We are excited to be hosting this event on Saturday and Sunday (12th + 13th December) however Saturday will be SEN friendly and Sunday will be open for everybody😊
We look forward to seeing you all for lots of Christmas fun 🎄🎅
It is a £10 payment for stall holders, must be paid in full and no duplicate stalls ☺️

Breakfast with Santa and his Donkeys 🫏 🎅
Myself and Nat have been working hard to make this happen, and we would like to share with you that we have been offered a venue for a private breakfast with santa and his donkeys, myself and nat understand how hard it can be to take our children into pubs while its busy and open to the public, this is a great opportunity for send families to enjoy a hot breakfast while their children enjoy a relaxed Environment, be happy, stim, be loud, run and be happy.

£12:50 per child, children will get a gift from santa, santa will have his sledge there so your welcome to take photos.
There will be cold snacks croissants and cereal, if you want a breakfast please book one if you want a butty please book that, which is easier for you as a family, the bar will be open for cold drinks also.

Saturday will be a sen/send friendly morning then Sunday it will be open to the public.

Their is also a park for children who will brave the cold weather 🥶

Hopefully its not to cold to get the snow machine out!

Myself and nat will be there also.

There isnt a age limit, there is pushchair and wheelchair access.

If your unsure where the pub is its just past kingsbury waterpark.

Donations for the donkeys for each ride is to try and raise money for a defibrillator for the pub, any donations are welcome.

Morning everyone 👋

We honestly can’t believe how quickly this year has gone!

Just wanted to pop on and remind everyone that we’re still doing our FREE motorhome stopovers here at The Dog & Doublet. 🚐🍻

We’ve already had a few calls from some of our regulars, which has been lovely, and we’re really looking forward to seeing you all again next week. It’s always nice when familiar faces come back through the door.

And if you’ve never stayed with us before, you’re more than welcome too. We’re a little olde worlde pub in a lovely quiet spot right by the Birmingham & Fazeley Canal, and only about 15 minutes from the NEC.

So if you’re heading this way, come and park up, have a drink, something to eat and make yourself at home.

Can’t wait to catch up with everyone again — and hopefully meet a few new faces too. ❤️

For those who may not yet be familiar with Lockside Marquee & Events, we are proud to offer an impressive private outdoor events space, designed to provide a versatile and welcoming setting for a wide range of occasions.
Our facilities include a large heated marquee, private outdoor bar and dedicated stage area, creating the perfect environment for weddings, private celebrations, live entertainment and special events throughout the year.
As part of our continued development of the venue, we are delighted to be expanding our events programme to include live music, themed evenings, sporting events and a variety of other entertainment.
Guests may notice some improvement works taking place in and around the events area. These form part of our ongoing investment in Lockside Marquee & Events, as we continue to enhance the facilities, surroundings and overall guest experience.
