Riverside’s annual Christmas market returns this Thursday, November 13th between 1pm - 6pm ahead of the Sunderland Light Switch on at Keel Square from 7pm.

There will be over 50 vendors and traders in both City Hall & The Beam as well as delicious foodies outside too! 🍔🍕🥨

A week of free family fun at Sheepfolds Stables! 🏟️ A packed week of fun for the kids – and every event is free to enjoy, with no booking required. Here’s what’s on:

Tuesday 12th - National Mackem Day 🔴⚪️

11am-3pm: Fun-filled kids’ activities to celebrate the heritage of our amazing city, plus red and white school cake!
From 5 PM: In collaboration with Sunderland Music City, enjoy an evening of live music, spoken word and a craft fair.

🎵 Featuring: The Lake Poets, Tom A Smith, This Little Bird, Patrick Gosling, Small Town Brass, Helen Milko of King Ink, Sunderland Symphony Orchestra & more!

Here's everything you need to know Seaham’s Food festival this weekend 👇

- The festival is open 10am-5pm on Saturday 2 August and 10am - 4pm on Sunday 3 August. You don't need a ticket - it's completely FREE to attend.

- The festival is located on Terrace Green (around the Tommy statue)

Hidden has relocated to Seaham and is now open 7 days a week from 9:30am operating as a cafe during the day with an all day breakfast and lunch options as well as providing afternoon tea & bottomless brunches! 🍳🍷🍔🍸

They also open as a late bar on weekends, are soon launching live music bands and performers on a Sunday. Hidden is available to hire for private parties and have their own recurring events such as Clairvoyant evenings, Sip N’ Paint events & a twice weekly clothing pop-up! 🎨👗🔮
