Treat Dad to a Belter of a father's Day! 🍻🍖

Father’s Day is just around the corner, and we’re getting ready to celebrate all the amazing Dads, Grandads, and father figures out there!

What better way to say "thanks" than with one of our famous Giant Yorkshire Pudding Meals?

piled high with our 16 hour slow cooked beef or our butcher faggots, Cumberland sausages or our vegan sausage sausages with our home-made buttery smooth mash and Rich delicious gravy ... it’s the ultimate Father's Day feast.

As always, we have great options available to cater for our Gluten-Free and Veggie guests too, so the whole family can enjoy.

Fantastic news, everyone! The electrics are sorted, the lights are on, and as our new poster says, we are officially BACK OPEN as of 12 o'clock today!

A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone for your incredible patience and lovely messages over the last day.
We can’t wait to welcome you back through the doors.

To celebrate, we have some incredible things lined up this week:

🍻 ON TAP THIS WEEK: GUEST ALE TAKEOVER
Our cellars are packed, and our pumps are primed with four outstanding guest ales that you simply have to try:
Cleric's Cure (India Pale Ale - 5.0% ABV): Bishop's Castle's very own! A well-balanced IPA with a refreshing bitterness and a crisp, clean finish.
Stour Jam (Raspberry Jam Ale - 4.6% ABV): Fruity and vibrant! Packed with real raspberry flavour and a smooth, malty base.
Strong Hold (Golden Chinook - 4.5% ABV): A golden ale with bold hop character and a satisfyingly smooth finish.
Enville Ale (Enville Brewery - 4.5% ABV): A beautifully well-balanced ale with a honeyed malt character and subtle floral hop notes.

but we have had to unexpectedly close our doors today due to a sudden electrical fault.

Our team is currently getting it sorted, and we aim to be back open and up and running as normal tomorrow.
