Clent, we need to talk… 😕

We love you! You know we love you! But we feel like you’re not hearing us, or taking us seriously 😢

The Hill tavern was originally established at the foot of Clent Hills in 1842, and our team has a collective of over 150 years living in the local area (yes we did the maths 🤪), with many of the ‘kids’ having grown up here.
This is our community, and we care about it.
We’re lucky enough to be in a great location, central to a lot of great walking routes, and neighbouring some other great local business. We think each and every one of you should head over this way, check out the beautiful scenery and maybe meet some our crazy regulars, but we’re asking, really really politely, to please only use our car park when you’re coming to visit us here at The Hill Tavern. 🙏🏻

We get it, we do. Seeing others visit us when you might not have the time can spark a little jealousy, they’ve got our pints in their hand, our fabulous team waiting on them, and the best parking spot this side of the hills, on our car park.
It’s just the perks of drinking and dining with us. 😎
What is it the kids say these days? ‘No wife perks on a girlfriend salary’? 🫣

So, for our own self-esteem and well-being, please respect our boundaries ❤️

And in all seriousness, please remember our car park is for customers only, hopefully you’ll be one of them! 🥰
