LIMITED SPECIAL: 24-HOUR COLD BREW STICKY CHAI

We’ve got something a little bit special on the menu right now but only until it’s gone… We’ve used a sticky chai made with whole spices, black tea and honey rather than powdered chai or syrup, steeped it directly in oat milk for a full 24 hours, slowly cold brewing it to pull out as much of that beautiful spiced chai flavour as possible

The result is cold, creamy, deeply spiced and just 🤌

Available as it comes with oat milk, or topped with our vanilla dairy cold foam

We’ve only made a very limited batch, so once it’s sold out, it’s sold out!

You might have noticed a few new faces around Moody’s lately…

We’ve been pretty busy behind the scenes over the last few weeks building a brilliant new team, both out front and in the kitchen, and we’re really excited about what’s coming next

We’ve now got chefs and managers joining us from some of our favourite Birmingham spots, including the legendary Bonehead and one of our favourite pizza places, Baked in Brick in Digbeth

Our new General Manager joins us from The Plough in Harborne which is genuinely one of our favourite places to visit ourselves so there’s a serious amount of hospitality experience, creativity and good food knowledge coming into Moody’s

First up, WE’RE NOW OPEN MONDAYS!

We’ve also got a whole new menu on the way, with loads more to choose from including hearty salads, smash burgers, Mediterranean-inspired mains and small plates, plus some fantastic new breakfast and brunch dishes

Our brand new rotating pizzas are already here so come and give those a try, and keep an eye out for the full new evening menu coming very soon

There’s plenty happening behind the bar too, with new cocktails and a brand-new wine list, plus new events and a few more things we’re keeping under wraps for now

It feels like the start of a really exciting new chapter for Moody’s and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on ✌️
