Ever wondered where Beavertown Brewery got the name Neck Oil? 💭

It comes from an old Black Country saying. Founder Logan Plant remembers his great-grandfather referring to beer as “neck oil” - and the name stuck!

It’s one of our locals favourite pints and we’ll be pouring it from 12pm today at The Shoes! 🌾

Just a bit of pub banter… don’t take these too seriously 😉

Everyone knows one pizza is never enough 🤤 there’s always room for dessert, and if you’re sitting outside, just let us know your table number so we can bring everything straight over!

And as for staying at home to watch the World Cup semi-final… we’d much rather see you here. ⚽🍕
